AARP Foundation Tax-Aide provides tax assistance to anyone, free of charge, with a focus on taxpayers who are over 50 and have low to moderate income. You don't need to be an AARP member to use the service. 

Volunteers with AARP Tax-Aide are currently taking appointments at Allerton Public Library. 

Appointment days are ONLY Thursday between 5:00pm and 6:30pm & Saturday between 9:00am and 11:30am starting Thursday, February 5th 2026 until Saturday, April 11th 2026.  

You are responsible for tracking your appointment date.
